I never hesitate to purchase any item from DD, I know I can trust their returns procedure. Have used deals direct for some time now and it's an easy to use website, picked up some great brand name items for less than other stores which is always good, will continue to shop and check out the bargains. I find it easy to find what I want and the process is very easy.
I think Deals Direct is a great place to buy from. Great prices as well. There is no place where I can send the item as a gift and have the invoice sent to me. So I have to get it posted to me and then post it on. Double postage could be avoided if you make room for a note asking where the invoice should. Also room to include a note from the giver. These do not influence our content moderation policies in any way, though ProductReview.

It is so disappointing to be treated like a liar when I have bought so much from you. I buy and wrap items for two large Cancer Big Morning Tea events held at two retirement villages and I have to buy all year round to have everything ready and wrapped in time. I have never had any trouble with things arriving in good condition, until they started packing items into padded bags. Since I got that damaged lot I have since received another item packed in a padded bag that also leaked, but because of the way I was treated when I reported the other damaged items, I never bothered to report it.
