The young woman who checked me in asked what I needed and when I explained the issue she took my old phone, performed a quick cleaning and now it charges just fine. She could have simply sold me a new phone but offered actual service not just sales. I really wish I had gotten her name as she deserves praise for this. Thank you for not just selling but servicing as well. Friendly staff at this location.
They had my new phone up and running in matter of minutes. They also transferred my stuff from old phone to new phone. They were very quick and professional at doing this. I like their own parking in front of their building. So after 2 delightful hours with many Verizon customer service reps on the phone and chat, my problem of replacing the old phone on my account with a new phone was not solved.
It truly is a stumper. I decided that it would just be easier to come into a VW store, and I was right. I came in on my lunch hour on a Friday. I know. Like, what was I thinking. That I wanted to wait in a 3-hour long line? The store only had a handful of people and there were enough reps to help everyone.
The gentleman who helped me was friendly and speedy. He had my new phone up and running with a free sim card in no time, and then transferred the stuff from my old phone to my new phone, all in front of me so I could see what he was doing. He was super helpful. The whole scenario took about 20 minutes. It was incredible. Parking right outside with their own dedicated lot on the side of the building. I did check out the add-ons while I was waiting.
Terrible prices, as expected. Definitely continue to buy all your Verizon accessories online. But when you need someone to get your phone set up, I'd highly recommend this store.

Walk in and you're told it's first come first serve no matter the issue, so do you want to get on the waist list. Told it's 40 minutes. End up waiting over an hour and in that time people who came in after me are being served. Then the guy before me "William" got fed up waiting an hour and fifteen minutes and said to take him off their list and walked out, they never did and called "William" and took a different guy who showed up after me again!
I spent almost 2 hours to get a SIM card replaced. Unbelievably terrible service. If I could give 0 stars or negative stars I would. DO NOT recommend. Joe, the general manager was really helpful when my mom needed to upgrade her phone. He made sure everything transferred from her old phone onto her new one and went through all the pros and cons of getting one phone vs another based on my moms needs and lifestyle without being pushy.
Definitely a plus. Unfortunately had a poor experience at this store with misinformation. One employee noted a discount that would be applied to my account when my contract is up that could be used towards a new phone upgrade in 5 weeks. When I returned 5 weeks later, I was told that information provided by Ryan was incorrect. Not only was Ryan unavailable to speak to me but the manager was not able to speak to me after 30 mins. I would avoid this location as you won't know who is giving you correct information or not unfortunately.
I will be seeking for alternatives. I am pleased with the service here, although we were 17th in line and had to wait an hour and half on a Saturday. I imagine Verizon is overwhelmed with customers and are unable to handle to demand. When we walked in there were two employees chatting away. I'm glad that Verizon is paying them top dollar part of my top dollar given the hundreds I fork over yearly for spotty service to stand there and chat while there are 17 customers waiting. The store was clean, orderly, and had a manager lanky bald man on site to expedite those waiting in line.
Horrible experience I wasn't even a costumer when I walked in I was helped by a Ajay Sachdeva, when he started helping me I felt like he was trying to rush me He said we got 1 more in the store, the store was packed, I told him to grab it for me he said I got to get approved first like if he thought I had bad credit I left the store for bad customer service will not return Back to 1 star again. Reminder: this is for a device that I have never used and returned within 2 days of receiving it.
I tried calling back to the store today Sunday afternoon around 4pm and was hung up each time I pressed option 3, in-store sales associate. I tried a different cell phone and got the same result. Ended up calling the number, and Cathy zeroed out my balance in 10 minutes. She also verified no manager put in notes or updated my account. I can't believe the hours I wasted at this store location.
Rest assured, I have no problem spending 10 minutes to write this review if it can save other people hours of frustrations. Waited in line for 40 minutes only to be told they couldn't help us. At first the manager Jay told us to wait and he would help us.
Another person came over to help us after 45 mins and told us we had to call to change ownership of phone line. The woman on the line wouldn't help us until we faxed over social security card I dislike this store so much. It makes me miss Sprint. Especially avoid the manager Jay.

Deal with someone on the phone instead. Not sure what the staff are really doing in the store She goes to school in New Orleans. Her Mophie stopped working yesterday so I called the store and spoke to Tyronn about my options. We figured out the best way to replace it was for her to simply exchange it in New Orleans, since it's still under warranty.
Tyronn looked up our account and figured out which model she has. Then he spoke to his manager to confirm that this was acceptable. Tyronn even took the time to find out which store was closest to her school and he provided the address and telephone number so she could figure out how to get there since she doesn't have a car. More like 1. It's become somewhat of a tradition for my sisters and I to go get our cell phones together whenever we are due for an upgrade.
Unfortunately, we were met with more than an hour wait. One suggestion I would make would be to offer proper seating there was a single bench full of people if you are expecting customers to wait for more than an hour. There were people sitting on the floor for heaven sake. Or maybe offer to call people on their Verizon Wireless phones so they can go out and get something to eat and return.
Finally, when we were helped our salesperson tried selling us everything in sight. Yes, I know it's your job to make suggestions to purchase cases and what not, but after the first "no," please don't be pushy. I bought a case, screen protector and car charger, but my sisters didn't see any cases they liked. After only buying one case our salesperson tried selling us fitness devices to go with our new phones. He should be glad that I didn't think anything of it as other customers may have been offended i. Next, he tried bundling our bills with our cable bill we don't have Fios in our area and tried asking if we had a tablet I wasn't about to go back and forth with him on whether Fios was in our area or not or what model iPad we had The last straw was when I asked him if he could put the screen protectors I had purchased on our phones.
I bought one pack that had 3 screen protectors and keep in mind I have had this service done in the past by other sales reps. I thought that he would have some type of expertise in this area or knew someone in the store that did since they work with mobile devices everyday to put on a close to perfect screen protector with little to no bubbles but I was wrong. The screen protector on my phone looked like a 4 year old put it on. All I'm saying, is if he wasn't confident in his skills, he should have told me and I could have put in on myself.
When I mentioned the bubbles underneath the screen protectors he put on, the only remedy he offered was for me to purchase additional screen protectors after HE was the one that screwed them up in the first place. There he goes, trying to up-sell us again. All in all, it was quite the disappointing experience.
